I saw this movie in the 80's. It was relatively successful here in Mexico City.
I remember that Young Einstein used to have apples around him. I remember one scene where he walks by a kangaroo and he suddenly stops and walks back to leave an apple near the kangaroo.
Was this some kind of simbolism? -

Hey carlos. Apples are symbolic of Tasmania, where part of the movie was set. It was considered an injoke to have him with the apples all the time. The part with the kangaroo, was just him being friendly to the wildlife
