I heard on Vh1 that when Clinton played his saxophone on the Arsenio Hall Show,it became the #1 moment that rocked TV.
Well,I wouldnt say #1 but,it deserves to be on the list.

Several professional sax players said later that Clinton needed to take a breath more often. Perhaps he was nervous.
