    .this girl was on a trail ride with her family and the horse she was on shied at something, and they both ended up falling down an embankment. i remember the reenactment showed them both flying through the air,as if they were doing some sort of weird ballet dance. The horse ended up on top of his rider and if i remember right the girl had internal bleeding and bruises. Her doctor said that if she hadn't been wearing her helmet she would have died. The horse survived as well, i think.

      I believe you are thinking about "Horse Crushed Helmet" from Episode 614, where a boy with a helmet was thrown off a horse, and the horse landed on his head, crushing the helmet.
