Do you by any chance know of any links to the update on this story? I did a Google search, but came up with nothing.
I would also like to add that I watched this segment and it totally breaks my heart to hear that the little boy passed awayespecially when you see everyone pulling for him. I did notice at the end of the segment that he suffered from slight brain damage, but to hear that he DIED is really tragic. My heart goes out to his loved ones and friends.
The story reminds me of something that happened in my workplace about a year and a half ago. I also work for Wal-Mart, and one night, a little boy walked in front of a car passing by in the parking lot. The car was unable to stop in time, and the boy got hit. He was taken to the hospital, but miraculously, he survived.
ALWAYS use caution when walking through any area with oncoming traffic. Even if you're the most careful person in the world, there are always those idiots who don't pay attention to what they're doing. And if you have kids, don't let them out of your sight. Hold their hand the WHOLE time you're in the parking lot with them.
Trust me, my mom's a real stickler on thisher and my uncle were both hit by cars when they were little. Luckily, their injuries weren't too severe and they made complete recoveries. -

They did a episode on the Jet crash at a El Toro air show. I was there in the crowd when that happened. My dad was working that day as well, he's a Marine.

Yes, four in fact!
- Richmond, VA (used to live there)- Gunmen holding up a Red Roof Inn
- Charlottesville, VA (family lives there)- a kid saves dad fallen off a cliff
- Mathews, VA (family lives there)- a dispatcher chokes on candy.
- Norfolk, VA (family lives there)- a kid swallows a marble
I remember 1,2, and 3 in particular.

I believe there was one where a robber broke into a liquor store and got so drunk that he couldn't get out and had to call 911 for help. It sounded very similar to an incident that occurred in the LA area where I was living at the time.
