i think there was an episode where a boy was either running with scissors of a knife an bumped in to his bother. casue his brother to get stabbed in nthe chest? where can is this clip if there was such an epsiode,

Actually the one he's looking for is not on YouTube, as far as I know. I think he's talking about the one where a girl is running with a sharp knife, and her brother comes around the corner and she accidentally stabs him. The one youtube is the one where a boy accidentally stabs himself with scissors (Episode 526, Segment 3).
