I would agree with 4 - 12, and like many of you I found funny episodes in 13-16 and even a few in 17-19. It's really suffering by 20 and just recently I've been watching 22-23 and it's downright terrible! I'm actually bored during some of these eps!

Seems like your reactions are totally like me for most of the modern era episodes then, sigh. There are a few exceptions I like from post season 15 and 16 episodes that remind me of seasons 10-14 quality(where it was declining, but still good enough where I could find some enjoyment), such as 24 Minutes, The Book Job, Gone Maggie Gone, Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind, and Holidays of Future Passed to name examples.
Too often I've noticed episodes that were surprisingly bad, and even below the quality of the Scully and early Jean era seasons. Maybe if the show had remained more consistent, I wouldn't have stopped watching each episode regularly on Sunday night?
At least I give the newer episodes a chance, if I catch them airing on FXX. I can't promise I'll watch them all the way through if they start to bore me and feel mediocre, though. -

I've been rewatching it and I'd have to say Seasons 1-9.
Even though I remembered a lot of Season 10 from back in the day it feels like things went bad pretty quickly.
Currently on Season 11 and not sure how much more I'm going to watch, doesn't really seem worth it which is part of the reason I probably lost interest when it was on originally.
