Visible and other signs of age in the show?

The humor and writing has changed even if Marge and Homer have been in their 30s/40s for 29 years. the same for Bart, Lisa, Maggie and everyone else.
What are some things that you think display the show and it's aged appearance or sensibility?
I think the pink 60s/70s clunker car looks like the kind of car you'd only see in a junk yard instead of the clunker it would have been considered in the 1987-199X
The character designs, particularly Marge, Lisa and Maggie with the geometric shape of their hair texture, the clothes and accessories they have. Can't think of a woman as young (younger) as Marge with hair up like that (as unrealistic as it may be she was designed that way to be iconic and instantly recognizable)
By far the most obvious is the color scheme of the show particularly in the oranges of the shirts, pearl necklaces and shoes, even the greens of mister burn's suit and the lighter of Marge's dress or the pink color of the car.
Even with the new visibly digital color process they now use it still looks very late 80s/early 90s. It actually reminds me of that old picture book of all the letters with the palm coconut tree Chick Chicka Boom Boom
as for non-visible elements Homer's job also seems slightly outdated (because of his ineptitude and his scientific illiteracy) in 1987 his job would come off as more of a low-skill factory job rather than a highly skilled managerial one that it would likely be considered today, and that Homer would have to have a strong background in chemistry, physics, engineering even if he would hardly use it in his day to day.
I guess the fact that Marge doesn't work part time or volunteer while the kids are at school seems like it's rare to find in more recent sitcom and animated fare. (Maggie is a newborn too though and I do not really keep up with anything on TV these days tbh)
Lisa's scholastic prowess seems par for the course these days, as though the only ones whose sensibilities schools cater to are Lisa Simpson types.
Not a criticism of the show, the writing or anything else just an observation, what aspects of the show don't exactly fit well with 2010s?
