176 years of no championships between the two teams. That is the most unbreakable of all records. You will never get a final in any league, where there is that many years between championships. It's the most impossible of all statistics.

Quick go back and put some money on the Cubbies
I'll admit I'm a Braves fan, but I pulled for the Cubs all the through the World Series.
I'm beginning to wonder if Marty traveled to the year 2016, and not 2015 as we were told
1 Year off and also Biff in 2015 was based on Donald Trump.
LOL OMG we're living in the alt-universe version of Hill Valley, in 1985 -

As a Cubs supporter this is thrilling! What a year it turned out to be. Game 7 was scary when Cleveland came back. I think a lot of people were thinking "not again!". But the Cubs did it in the end.
I haven't watched Back to the Future II since last year. After losing in the 2015 NLCS it was just too painful to watch the movie after that 2015 Cubs World Series Champions scene. Now I can go back to watching the movie and chuckle at that scene, now that we've won it all this year.
Also, I feel bad for the Cleveland Indians and their fans, they were a hell of a tough opponent. When they get Carrasco, Salazar and Brantley all fully fit and ready next year, they will be a force to be reckoned with.
