I agree with most of this review.
I give a 10 though,
Being the Classic of all Classics!
Jack is not that good though. I think this Movie wouldve still been great without him. He is Joker though. I think your asking too much from Michael. This was a Very Risky Movie they were trying out, and not much was expected from him. As Good as Jack was, I dont think he deserved a Nominee for this. Perhaps for much other work.

My biggest problem with it is not enough Michael Keaton. Give him more screen time because it's supposed to be his movie…but Tim Burton ****ed it up by giving everything to Jack Nicholson. Hence, Jack dominated the show from start to finish. If that didn't happen, yeah…no accolades for him.

I thought it was Smart, and Done Well.
If anything Burton deserved the Oscar for Both films and much more Credit. Having Jack take the Lead was Brilliant. Do you really think Jack wouldve done this if he wouldve been a backdrop? He Mightve not been needed but he sure hell was a lot of fun as the Joker! Who is Better than Jack as the Joker? Nobody! Look at all these Jokers getting Oscars, and My Man Won sht! All the While Being the Original, the Creator, and Still, Much Better! Batman all in all, isnt that good of a character, some rich Boy, who is mad at the world cause of some freak accident, nobody can relate to that, nobody cares. Jack is a complete low life, Mass Murdering People to get to the top. Unpredictable. Fearless. Killing anything, and Everyone. All the while being a down on his luck, Loser! Bum! Ugly, and Old! Very interesting!

Check out Kiss of Death. See the similarities between Richard Widmark's Tommy Udo and Jack Nicholson. That was his first film ever, boom…Oscar nomination.
