On the roof with the thugs.
The Batmobile going into the secret passageway though Vicki Vale thought they were going to crash.
And now, folks, it's time for "Who doyou trust!

      "You killed my parents"
"What are you talking about?" Nicholson's brilliantly desperate Joker, mouth bloodied, hand in pain from trying to strike Batman, is worried that the game is up.

"Nice outfit." Even Batman had to smile at that one.

            Favourite moments for me?
            Jack Nicholson
            Michael Keaton
            Kim Basinger
            Any moments they had.
Also Alfred. And Gordon. (I could not for the life of me spell his rank in the police force)
            Bob the Goon also.

              Just a few lines of Jack's that spring immediately to mind;

              1. "I like him already!"
              2. "Hey Eckhardt! Think about the future!"
              3. "Better be sure"
"A big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff"
                The Tenth Doctor explains all.

Obviously there's so many Just from an artistic/cool perspective, this scene always gets me:
After the strange mime Joker assassinates the mob boss with the lethal pen, he turns and takes his hat off for the crowd (Elfman's haunting score kicks in just for this vague moment). He says "The pen is truly mightier than the sword!", then Elfman's score is immediately muted by blazing Tommy Gun fire bringing the crowd to the ground in panic.
I love it because he says "the pen is truly mightier than the sword" only before his own goons use machine guns. Both gestures of the lethal pen and machine guns completely void his statement.

You can't make an omelette, without cracking a couple of eggs.

Kung Fu thug kicking and flipping around his swords, seems to move in on rollers, takes a few swipes at Batman, then is kicked in the chops out of nowhere!

Fred Wood's fleeting cameo as the parade spectator wearing a flat cap and fingerless gloves. Also, the cameo by Guy Standeven as an audience member at the rally in the town hall.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
