      I agree, the score was quite something. And surprisingly so not "80's-ish".
      People who don't like their beliefs being laughed at shouldn't have such funny beliefs

        AGREED!!! One of Top 5 movie scores of ALL TIME..the music in the final assault scene on Ft Wagner is the BEST for any military battle scene in ANY movie EVER.

              A good score comes from you being able to vividly remember parts of the movie just from the audio alone. This score is the finishing touch of gloss on a superb motion picture. It's brilliant.
