I think the funniest scene was when the plane entered the tunnel and the pilots face when the cockpit passed the car

I thought the funniest scene was in Last Crusade when Henry hits Indiana over the head with the vase and seems more concerned about breaking a supposed artifact than injuring his own son.
And the "this is how we say good bye in Germany" line.
great movie with a lot funny little quips.

The fire at the castle. "Sonthere's something I need to tell you" My favorite part of the bit is when Indy is trying to talk to Henry, but they both keep turning their heads the wrong way; "Dad!" "What?" "Dad!!" "What?!" "DAD!!!" "WHAT?!!!"
My favorite is the scene where Sallah has just found Marcus, and the German agent asks for their papers. "Papers, please." "Papers, yes, of course[through his teeth] Run."

and right after that, he remarks 'well, they don't come any closer than that' and just then a bomb drops

Indy tells the Nazis that Marcus Brody knows all the local languages and customs, he'll blend in and disappear, and with any luck he has the Grail already. Jump cut to Brody lost and begging for someone who can speak English, and saying no to a drink of water because "fish make love in it."

Why would a trained German fighter pilot fly into a tunnel? He would know that he wouldn't make it out alive. Another Last Crusade plot hole.
