I think Trish scolded Roger for eating a tuna sandwish because the family was boycotting canned tuna because dolphins caught in the nets used for catching tuna were killed. Or something like that. Is this no longer the case? I don't remember hearing anything about this when the film was originally released or since.

@jane_bront An Australian consumer affairs show called
      The Checkout
did a segment on tuna. A summary:
A lot of Aussie tuna is branded dolphin-safe, but it's meaningless because our tuna is caught in the Western Central Pacific Ocean, where there aren't many dolphins to be caught in the first place.
Two thirds of purse seine (net) fishing is sustainable.
Greenpeace recommends sticking with albacore (which is what Trish mentioned to Roger) and skipjack because their populations are the healthiest.
You can watch the segment here if you want to know more, skip to 17:45.

Albacore IS tuna. They're boycotting tuna, and then, suggesting that he eat tuna instead. HUH? Remember, all Roger said was, "I'm eating my tuna fish sandwich," before the rest of the family went ballistic and suggested eating albacore.

This is about a reply you left regarding LW2 in 2015. Albacore is tuna but unlike other tuna species, is not in danger. Or fishing it is unlike fishing for other tuna species.

Tuna cans to this day carry a label saying "dolphin safe" meaning that they haven't harmed any dolphins in the making of this tuna.
