I was just thinning about this the other day. I think Madeline would've sent those kids to boarding school as soon as they arrived, Mary Fischer at least put up with them for a couple weeks. Shows she's at least
somewhat
compassionate or tolerant, for her boyfriend anyway. How amazing is Meryl Streep in both these movies? One of my favorite movie lines is still "I'm taking back control of my life Bob" only to be followed by "Now a warning!" from Death Becomes Her
