Meryl is so hott in this movie! I love the facial expressions, especially the part where Mary is talking to Mrs. trumper about her mother, and when Mary asks what TLC is (A drug?) LOL

I'm completely serious when I say that this is Meryl Streep's best performance EVER!!
Did you notice when she's talking to Sally Jesse and flips the camera the bird when she mentions the "serious critics?" Priceless.

nytesprite is correct. I just finished watching it. I hadn't noticed the first time, but as soon as I read this thread I went back to that particular scene. Here's a transcript I wrote:
                  SALLY JESSY RAPHAEL:
But the new book has gotten fabulous reviews.
                  MARY FISHER
Mmmm, yes, it has, yes. And from the serious (pushes glasses with middle finger facing the camera) critics.
                  XD XD XD

She was brilliant in this movie! I loved how she gradually shifted from this perfectly put together, soft-spoken princess to this yelling, deep-voiced, no-nonsense woman. Amazing!
