I wonder if the house would really explode with all she did to it. Lets see: Hair dryer underneath pillows, blew out the pilot light, appliances and a light into the washer, cigs in the garbage, appliances in the microwave, knife in the mixer and I can't remember what else but would all that totally make the house explode? I would assume so but idk.

Well if you ignore things like the mixer, and focus on the main stuff.
- Blowing out the pilot light will keep the gas fumes flowing and building up.
- Locking the windows and blocking the door will keep it contained inside the house.
- Setting combustibles into a microwave will ensure you get an explosion which will ignite the gas fumes.
As for the other stuff I'm more interested in what she had planned with the washing machine. If she blew a fuse it would have hindered her plans entirely.
