I'm a fifteen-year-old fan from
Northern
Virginia here in the US. I italisize "Northern" because, though it's technically part of the rest of VA, it really feels like a totally different state. Anyways, I've been a fan of Al's since probably before I even could pronounce his name. I used to watch the "Weird Al" Show when it was on, and I own every single one of his official CDs (not the compilation albums).
So anyone else excited about VH1 at 8:00 tonight?
There will come a day when I will portray a superhero -

its been ages since anyone has written on here, so chances are no one will read this, but i wanted to be the first person to say they come from australia. Al was on tour here a couple of weeks ago and it was awsome! Although i was in the second last row and kept getting blinded by the lights, i think its safe to say i had more fun than half the audience, everyone was so quiet! i was screaming and singing along to every song!

Utah, USA here!
Oh, let's see the first Weird Al song I remember hearing as a kid was Dare To Be Stupid. I was in grade school at the time, and I wasn't really sure what to think about it. But then years later I started listening to Dr. Demento on the radio, and that's when I was actually introduced to Al as an artist. Been a fan ever since.
Everything we do, we do because it seemed like a good idea at the time. -
