Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — The Woman in Black

    claire-48 — 15 years ago(June 10, 2010 10:41 AM)

I work in the Theatre Royal in Glasgow and have just finished a shift at the Woman in Black. It was amazing and scared the **** out of me. Our manager didnt warn us that she was going to appear from behind us! Picture that coming towards you in a theatre that is already creepy enough cos you've heard plenty of ghost stories from you collegues lol!
Now I've come home and have tried to find the film on DVD and failed, but I've got it on youtube.
My post, however is about other versions of the story. At the incoming I was selling 20th anniversary programmes and managed to have a (very) quick look through one and I clocked an asian film poster, but didnt manage to get any other info as I only had 2 left and sold them before I got the chance to have a proper look.
I was wondering if anyone knew of an asian version, I'm not sure whether it was Japanese/Korean/Chinese (forgive my ignorance), but I'm pretty positive it was a film poster and not for a theatre.
    Thanks
    C

Only thing I can throw in is that there were two BBC Radio dramatisations - one a Saturday Play, and one a four-part serial (often repeated on BBC Radio 4).

I was wondering whether it was just the same title or not.
