Even though it had nothing to do with ghosts, I loved the scene where he listens to homemade recordings.
Does anybody know the name of that device?

p.s. I thought the scariest moment was when he turns around on the marsh and she is revealed to be standing there. Then she takes a step toward him. I would have run, too. -

It was like the original record player. I saw the movie with my friend and he was all gushing about it.

It's a cylinder phonograph. You cans till find the cylinders in some antique shops, in the UK at least, but they're really fragile so need looking after.
