Why wasn't a '3 Men a teenage girl' made?

I would have loved it if they had made a film about Mary being a teenager. It would have been funny to see jack, Michael and Peter cope with Mary's mood swings and to see their reactions to her getting a boyfriend. I'm surprised they never made an other film. No doubt it would have done fairly well at the box office because I'm sure fans of the originals would have gone and seen it.

yes they are making another film called three men and a bride, but it's a shame we didnt get to see the teen years as well lol.
