Firstly, I love this film. What's wrong with it? It's a fun little gem IMO. That said, the ending I've seen is the same ending others have seen. Logan is in the bed, maybe dying, maybe not, and we hear Channing's voice saying "See ya around, buddy boy." Did that mean he had possessed Logan? That ending is up for interpretation. HOWEVER, in the Wikipedia summary, when Tess is at Logan's bedside, he springs up and stabs her with a scalpel. She then realizes it was all a dream. Yes, a dream ending would be very stupid. The big question is why that summary is in Wikipedia when I (and most if not all the people in IMDB) saw the "See ya around, buddy boy" ending?

This is the ending.Tess is standing by Logan's bedside. She turns around to leave and Logan sits up and grabs her, one arm around her neck. She wakes up at that point and stares at Logan. They make it seem like she realizes there is something wrong. Then we here "See ya around buddy boy".
So he does jump up and grab Tess but he doesn't stab her with a scalpel.

I saw the "See ya around, buddy boy" ending as well. What I took from it was Tess is a clairvoyant who can see the future. She looks at Logan in horror because she realizes that her little dream is the future and he's possessed.

I read it that way, too. It seemed to me like he was definitely possessed by Channing.
