Hard to Kill and Under Siege are worth watching for anyone who hasn't seen a "Steven Seagal" movie. Hard to Kill has an interesting story linealbeit predictable at timesbut, mainly, it's enjoyable to watch because it also has Kelly LeBrock. I've watched every other "Steven Seagal" moviewhen nothing else was on TVand once is enough.
But, Hard to Kill and Under Siege are worth watching more than once, as long as enough time has passed since one's viewed them last -

Actually I liked 3 more beside your 2.
Under Siege 2 was as good as the first, Out for Justice, and then an actually very good Above the Law.
Not a Seagal movie, but his role in Machete was pretty hilarious. -

I've always thought that
Under Siege
was extremely overrated. Not sure why a 3rd rate
Die Hard
knock-off became his biggest hit and critical success.
Hard to Kill
is a great guilty pleasure movie, and
Above the Law
is also worth watching because it's Seagal before he began believing his own hype. But even
Out for Justice
and
Marked for Death
all of Seagal's early three word title "super cop" moviesare at least worth a watch.A journey into the realm of the obscure:

Yes, Marked for Death was a fine movie with the very beautiful Joanna Pacula, whoo was very underutilized.
I liked all his movies up to Fire Down Below and he started trying to make "message" movies.
After that I lost touch till Machete. -

His early ones were definitely the best including this one and Above the Law was a great debut. I started losing interest after Under Siege 2. Executive Decision, which is a fine film,, could hardly be called a Seagal film.
