I watched the R1 Warner Brothers "Action Double Feature" (along with Above the law on the flip side of the disk)and I was keeping an eye out for this line but I'm pretty certain it never happened. Is this version of the film cut for pacing reasons? It says 96 mins on the back and actually clocks in just over 93 minutes, it's the open matte full screen version of the film which I think comes on the flip side of the stand alone version of the regular release.
Can anybody tell me where abouts in the film this line occurred? I would have thought it was after he gets his camera back, but I think it cut straight to someone giving the tape to reporters or something, my memory is a bit hazy. -

He is at Kelly Lebrock's boss' house during his recovery. He is watching the news and hears the Senator say, "you can take THAT to the bank" which is what he said on the docks at the opening of the show.
That is when Seagal remembers and says the line. -

No, it's later on when he staring at the TV when he is sitting on the bed. He then recalls hearing "You can take that to the bank" on the TV earlier, and then says, "I'm gonna take you to the bank. The blood bank." Cheesy stuff.

What do you know?
I'm watching it right now on cable for the millionth time.
It happens more or less around the 50 minute mark of the film.
As others stated, he's at the hideout, sees the TV, recalls the "Take that to the bank" line, says, "I'm going to take you to the bank Senator Trentthe blood bank", then DUH DUH DUH DUH!!!!
Not more than about 5 minutes later you can see the other famous part where he drives right up to some Meskins and trades stolen cars.
