Where Kevin has access to his dad's shotgun, and instead of ziplining to the treehouse, he shoots Harry and Marv to death.
The couldn't get it past the MPAA, but I wish they did. -

The other alternate ending is cool too. Where Uncle Frank had paid the robbers to go to the house.

Uncle Frank was a Vietnam veteran. This is according to the novel. He had flashbacks when Kevin spilled Pepsi on him.
Kevin deserved to die at that point.
Kevin couldn't pick toppings off his pizza? The kid was a bitch.
