A goof I noticed during All Shook Up scene

During one particular shot, Joey (Gilbert Gottfried) can be heard saying "Oh, I'm having a stroke! Oh, boy", but his mouth isn't moving. Anyone else noticed it?
I bet that line was lifted from an alternate unused take of that scene.
