Curran: (nods)
Hawkins: We hit 'em and forget 'em. That's what we do we're Navy SEALS.
Hawkins: (posing in front of mirror, gun drawn. Curran walks in) I am so jacked up. I can feel it flowing through me, right through me. -

your thinking of the rangers, they never leave a man behind as part of their code, seals for the most part are hit and run strike and forget, they need speed, if they have time after bad guys are all dead they would take them out

Hawkins is an incredibly cheesy character, isn't he? Here is another of his lines:
Claire: You're dealing with fundamentalists.
Hawkins: You're dealing with Navy SEALs.
I've just paraphrased it, admittedly, but the essence of the swaggering bravado is still all there. -

true, until i watch it again then i'll have a dozen cheesy lines from Curran. How about this Hawkins gem-
scene: driving across the bridge on the way to the wedding.
Hawkins: I'm sorry boys, I can't be a part of this funeral procession. See ya laaaaaaaaaaater (as he inexplicably jumps out of a moving vehicle 10 stories high into water below; and coat lands perfectly next to him)! -
