I've noticed that a new DVD of the film was recently released on the German market by Starlight (Intergroove). Unlike the earlier edition on Koch Media this one looks like it
may
be in english with german subtitles. Can anybody verify this (and can the subtitles be turned off)?

They've also released a Blu Ray! From the looks of it, the DVD just has the German dub, but allegedly the Blu Ray has an English stereo track as well as the German 5.1. I've ordered it and will post back when I can confirm.

Bugger - just got an e-mail from Amazon.de telling me the Blu Ray's been postponed until late-December.

I was just reading the user comments and it looks like the transfer on the Blu-ray is absolutely hopeless. Pity.
