It's my favorite remake.
A number of people in here think the film is appalling compare to the original - or in general - but personally I think it's great and a bit of an improvement.

I wanna ask everyone on here about the travesty that is 7.3 rating? why would a masterpiece only get 7.3 rating? imdb is a fraud and joke and an embarrassment to the movie industry.

Its a great remake; I still prefer the original film, but this version is excellent as well.
