Is it me or did the main girl look and sound a lot like her?

I don't think she did. Maybe a little bit around the nose but nothing else in my eyes. I guess it's just the way you see some people. Like how I think Tom Hardy looks like David Thewlis.

i was thinking the same thing! It is either her choice to channel Connolly or the director simply set up the scenes in a very Labyrinth kind of way and guided her thus.
