How was the witch getting in and out of the room where the Sheriff fighting with Robin Hood. Robin and Morgan Freeman's character couldn't get in because it was locked so Robin goes in through a window. Then the witch magically appears outside the room and stabs Freeman with a spear. After she gets stabbed she leaves, then later reappears in the room trying to kill Robin.
Side note, I always laugh at the part when she pops out and then Freeman busts down the door and throws his sword lol

It was never shown how she got out of the room. Most likely through a secret passage or she teleport through the wall.

She had peep holes throughout the castle, safe to assume there were tunnels or hidden passages.
