Nothing. Other than just "make small goals and meet them one at a time" repeated over and over but phrased differently. Further proof that Leo is a dick, taking common sense and dressing it up as a novel, complex idea.

Well, there would be different exercises, I'm sure, in the book. Think all those motivation books that have a lot of different things in them. Maybe Leo gave some examples of former patients and how the book helped them.
