Someone was listed in the credits as playing him. I know who he was, but I'm not sure I'd recognize him out of character (and without Oliver Hardy). What scene was he in?

The guy handing Charlie the telegram from Hollywood is supposed to be Stan Laurel. Charlie even addresses him as "Stan".
has a thing for the dude portraying the dude playin' the dude, disguised as another dude
