the movie is awesome already but demi moore and her awful acting ruined any chance of this movie being one of the best movies of all time!!!

Yeah she can't do intense. In fact the only time her acting was somewhat passable was when she was whinging and moaning.
If you dip your foot into a pool of piranhas don't cry when you lose a toe!

she was clearly included for box office reasons in a 1992 marketplace
from an acting point of view she was a weak link but i thought she was ok, no more.

I didn't think she was bad at all. She played the role she was given adequately. I can't think of a scene of hers in which I'd declare it badly acted.

I thought she was good too. IMO, Tom Cruise was the weak link.

Only thing her performance lacked was perform licking on Kaffee's weener (as Jessup indirectly suggested).
Other than that I don't see why it should be considered a blow.

Lol she was perfect in her role, she acted way better in this than she does some other movies.
