After years of looking and waiting, I found this information at flipsidemovies.com - "Mom and Dad Save the World" region 1 DVD will be released on May 31, 2005. The release date has been pushed back to August 31st, 2005. Currently there is no Amazon link available.

I just picked this one up at Walmart in the 4.44 bin. I haven't seen it before and didn't even know it existed but it looked fun and for 4.44, why not?

I snagged a DVD copy of this film for a fivespot at a local cheapo retail outlet in Central New Jersey called Shopper's World.
"We're all part Shatner/And part James Dean/Part Warren Oates/And Steven McQueen"
