A riot. If it were an insurrection they would have been armed, and maybe even just 1 person would have been charged with insurrection. There was no insurrection.
They can take some blame too, but the retards breaking the law and putting themselves in that situation deserve a ton of blame as well. I know the left is basically allergic to personal responsibility, though.
