All these guys were just tremendous in this movie, there is not a weak link whatsoever everybody was on point. So I thin

OK, I've thought about it hard and here's my rankings:
- Steve Buscemi (He made an unlikeable character fun and you don't dare miss any scene he's in).
- Chris Penn (His intensity and way with words make him both a scary and likeable mob underboss)
- Harvey Keitel (A hardened mobster who lets down his guard for a fleeting moment..and it costs him dearly)
- Michael Madsen (obviously a bad hire. A psychopath who wants to take on the world..and loses)
- Lawrence Tierney (Doesn't mess around. Keeps everybody in line. Goes out in flames like the badass he is)

- Steve Buscemi (Consistently great throughout)
- Chris Penn (Especially great in the last scene which gives him the edge)
- Harvey Keitel (Solid performance)
- Michael Madsen (This role was made for him. I could easily put him in 3. This is tough)
- Tim Roth (Good performance. Sub-par at times, but overall good)
