In season 2, episodes 17 through 25 (when the gang had summer jobs with Mr. Belding as their boss, followed by Belding treating them to a week-long trip at a Gold Canyon Ranch, as a reward for their hard work) originally aired early-midway-ish through the season instead of at the end of the season.
In season 7, episode 10 ("A Repair to Remember," which took place in school) originally aired as the series finale, i.e. a "lost" episode, when the graduation episode ("The Bell Tolls") was technically the series finale. There are other episodes in this list that were originally aired earlier or later in each season as well. Continuity was not SBTB's strong suit, but I fixed it. -

You're welcome. One of the biggest issues was deciding where to rearrange episode "The Class of 2020" (which originally aired midway through the second season). It was a flashback episode, similar to the original SBTB when Mr. Belding and the class of 2003 watched a time capsule video of the class of 1993 (Zack and the gang). While "The Class of 2020" is not set in the future, Mr. Belding and Screech prepare a time capsule for the class of 2020 and interview everyone about their memories of Bayside, which included archive footage of the "summer" episodes. Therefore, I put that episode dead-last. So, technically, the continuity is still off, because how could they be back in school after the summer? Whereas, if I didn't rearrange the "summer" episodes (which originally aired midway through the series; going to school, and then to the summer job, then back at school, then summer job, etc.), it doesn't make sense either. My head hurts. LOL

Funny you should mention that, because in the "goofs" for that episode, it is said that VCRs and VHS tapes later became obsolete and discontinued by the 2000s in favor of DVDs and Blu-rays, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic causing high school graduations in 2020 to be canceled and done virtual. Although, I wouldn't exactly consider that a goof, since everyone was none the wiser about the future. However, the original SBTB's time capsule episode was definitely a goof, because:
- Mr. Belding and the class of 2003 were sitting in his office which eventually relocated in 1994 (the beginning of the second season of "The New Class").
- Mr. Belding left Bayside in 2000 when the class graduated in the series finale of "The New Class."
