Hi all!
I saw the end of a show's episode years ago, where one of the main characters likes a girl and eventually plucks up the courage to ask her out.
Not long after, somebody (I think a teacher?) tells him that the girl was killed in a drive by shooting targeting her brother.
I think it may be this show - would anybody know for sure and if so, which episode it was?

I think that was on the hanging with Mr. Cooper show starring comedian Mark Curry.
