Actually Biden spent more, so there's that. Needlessly also, because by the time Biden took office there was no need for the federal government to be doing anything, the vaccines were already available and being administered at 1mil per day for anyone that wanted them, there was nothing else the government needed to do, but **** head kept us shut down and emergency powers in place for an entire year longer.
