    Someone mentions it in:
    http://www.imdb.com/board/10106449/board/flat/12573715?d=35354243#35354243
    Still pretty cool, though.

Yes, the Haddonfield reference was pretty obvious. Did anyone notice that the "Employees of the Month" was one of the victims?

I have seen my fair share of horror movies that suck. Many if not most of them do, actually. But this definitely is not one of them. And I'm well over 13.

Yeah, when you watch things when you are a kid and like them sometimes re-watching them can be hilarious. Bad special effects, acting etc. But I still liked this one. But you are right for the most part horror is crap. There has been a lot of films lately that have been horrendous. But I am addicted to them and so my expectations are set at a level where I know what to get watching them.

I think it was good, Skin. So it's maybe not just nostalgia. Maybe we both have good taste.

Well that is the main plot device of the story, what with the employee being the real Bill. If you didn't notice this, then you were not paying attention to the film at all.
But even more so, did you notice
                    who
played that employee of the month?
As for the OP's question, Haddonfield is also mentioned on the radio during the beginning.

Anyone get the joke about the baby in the baseball player segment? "In 8 more months it will be opening day!"
                      Hahahaha
