Wes Craven is credited as "Pasty Faced Man." Who the Hell is that? WHich scene/story is he in?

He is in the movie. HOWEVER His scene is cut on the R1 DVD making his credit a mystery. You can buy the movie uncut at fleshwoundvideo.com

just a few bits in part1. only 1 scene really when the robert carradine gets crushed under a van.
