If Garrett and Redbear didn't come through the fields with the harvester, do you think that Danny would have killed Lacey?

Well, this is MY OPINION on it; I think he would have cut her loose, and spared her life, even if Garret and Redbear did not come through the fields with the harvester, but then again that is my opinion.

I doubt it. He was very attracted to her and thought he was in love with her. I wonder if it lasted long after the movie ended.
