Go and see this movie when it was first released? Still holds up today, and Stallone had a brilliant year in 1993

People are too lazy to sign the petition lol. Perhaps there are more important issues in life besides a movie. Perhaps you live in Mayberry. Most of us don't

I fell hard for this movie. Kept going to the theater to see it, had the movie poster from Taco Bell, the soundtrack, all of that. Oddly enough, our Toys Us never had the action figures.
            Between
            Demolition Man
            and
            Jurassic Park
, 1993 was the height of my repeat cinema-going habit. I don't think I've seen one movie 4+ times in the theater since.

I lost count as to how many times I saw it at the theatre. Just watched it AGAIN this past weekend, on DVD of course. Still love it!!!

I saw it in autumn 1993 and thought it was fabulousas a big-screen experience it was pretty hard to beat. But in this country (Britain) at least, more people discovered it on the small screen.
It deserved to be Sly's big hit of the year, but Cliffhanger beat it by some way.

If Rocky Balboa listened to Lady Gagais this the movie we'd get? http://youtu.be/o_tPQzEkqQo

In my opinion Snipes did an even better job then Stallone here. Funny, charismatic, likeable, intelligent psychopath.

Agreed. I just watched this again a few weeks ago, and I'm shocked at how well it still holds up.

Still no deleted scenes released. There's an interview with Sylvester Stallone and Jesse Ventura by Eric Bischoff.
There is a scene cut out with Sylvester Stallone fight Jesse Ventura. They released the deleted scenes in Titanic and in a cut out scene Leo DiCarpio's character fights the villain played by David Warner. This dates back to when Jesse Ventura was with WCW when Demolition Man was made and he's considering running for president of the United States in 2016 considering Howard Stern as his running mate.
They still haven't released the deleted scenes in the movie. I tried petitioning but people are too lazy to sign and not enough signatures on the petition. I tried to contact Warner Brothers on that and they won't respond.
I have a petition on reshaping the world that takes action on the economy crisis, budget crisis and so much greed. That's more important than a Demolition Man special edition. I host 2 groups on care2.

                          http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/Entertianment
Also there are scenes cut out when Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes) kills Zachary Lamb (Bill Cobbs) with John Spartan's (Sylvester Stallone) daughter. There's a cut out scene at the cryo-prison playing an image of Dr. Raymond Cocteau (Nigel Hawthorne) when John Spartan fights new recruits to Simon Phoenix's criminal gang and the goon who killed the Cocteau character played by Jesse "The Body" Ventura. Jesse Ventura's character defeated in the cut out scene could've been knocked out. Someone posted on here long ago that they were showing footage of the movie and the cut footage shown is John Spartan fighting the character played by Jesse Ventura. I read the novelization and 4 part comic book adaption. It's not completely movie accurate but tells the whole story.

I saw it at the theater, but I don't remember which day it was exactly, I was only 13 at the time. I just remember going to see it with a friend and his little brother, and we loved it. Based on the strength of this movie we also saw Judge Dredd and Daylight in the theater, neither of which we liked. I don't even remember Daylight at all, which is probably a testament to how forgettable it is. I'm serious, I don't even remember a single scene.
