How did you like Christopher McDonald's character? Me I thought his character was very funny as John's soon to be former son in law and I thought his character didn't get enough screentime

I think it's funny that he always got stuck playing a smarmy and/or nasty character. Something about those mean eyes

Sorry for the late response, but I am a big fan of Christopher McDonald and his character in this is so typical of what I remember him in. Thelma and Louise? Priceless and so underrated. Not flashy at all and can't seem to get credit for being so good.
Served his purpose in GOM though, so the screen time was probably just about right, IMO. But I agree he can do a lot with very little.
