Worth Buying?

Definitely worth watching and buying or try and rent it from somewhere. My fave scene has to be when the REAL BOMBER enters prison- all the other convicts know and realise he is the real deal what a scene!

"In the Name of the Father" is definitely worth buying! The cast is awesome! It's one of the most underrated movies in my opinion. Most people my age (college) haven't seen this movie. It's starting to get a little more recognition after Daniel Day-Lewis' performance in "There Will Be Blood." I bought my copy off Amazon for cheap. Good luck and enjoy it. Peace!

I bought it without seeing it first, and instantly loved it! I saw the trailer online beforehand though. It's definitely worth the money.

Definitely buy it! It's my second favorite movie from 1993 (second only to Schindler's List). Be forewarned that this is a barebones DVD. Why a better special edition hasn't been made is beyond me.

Yes.. One of the best movie..Daniel day Lewis played soooo good. I'm so amazed by his acting in this movie. he deserved Oscar!

It's best to rent it first and if you like it, buy it. If not, don't buy it. First time I watched it, I find the beginning very hard and then things get calmer as the film goes on. I had to get it after renting it because the story was interesting and I admire Sir Daniel (Day-Lewis).
