Under heavy criticism because some elements were made up. wow, which "based on true story" movies hadn't made up some elements for dramatic license? So, why would he be under criticism for doing that, unless. the critics had some agenda.
So who were these critics? British because of the movie portrayal of UK govt, or Irish because introducing these elements made the British more compassionate?
