Delusion!
Toward the end of the movie there is an FBI(?) agent thumbing through a stack of criminal's records, and he stops on JCVD's sheet with the mug shot showing him as 6 feet 4 inches tall, (76 inches, 72 + 2 bars more)!
He must have been standing on a box. (smirk)
IMDB lists him as 5' 7 3/4" (5 feet, 7 and 3/4 inches, or 1.77m)
(shucks, my armspan is 78 inches fingertip to fingertip).
In their respective primes, your choice of Conan ("the Barbarian", or the larger "the Destroyer", or the Momoa "the Barbarian") would have taken some damage, but likely crushed him like a bug at a real 76 inches vs JCVD's not-quite 68 inches unless he ran away.
