        It's called "Declamation" by Chris Payne. It's from an immediate music library. It's been used in trailers, commercials, TV shows, etc. A funny example of its use is when Phoebe freaks out at seeing Christmas trees being thrown into a wood chipper in an episode of "Friends."

          Thanks! I thought I was forgotten. I think that episode of Friends is the reason it stood out. Appreciate it.

              Actually, no. TruckDrivingMagicMama was correct in saying it is Chris Payne's "Declamation". The two do sound similar if you're just having a quick first listen. However once you fully take both pieces in, there are enough distinctions between them to recognize which is which.
