'Sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and you go "oh god, I look horrible." 'I have done things that I regret and luckily there are things that dissolve and go away. So that's good because it's not always been my best look.

They all look the same because the docs all use the exact same model to measure beauty with. It's all a scam and not an art because skill is taken out of the equation. People are trained to trust what is presented as "The Science" and bots online more than their own experience or people in their circle who aren't just parasites these days.

She should. However, it is understandable. Some people don't see themselves the way others do. Everyone can tell them they're pretty or hot, but they look in the mirror and just don't see it. They think they need surgery, or fillers. Some say Jen Aniston seems arrogant / shallow / preoccupied with her appearance. But I think she mentions that she never thought she was that pretty, stating her mother always stayed on her about her appearance.
So sadly, Courteney got a bit spooked at getting older, and she probably saw a washed up woman when she looked in the mirror. Now she's calmed down some and realizes she's doing more disservice for her looks than anything.
So I sympathize with both women. I am the same. I get told I am pretty and beautiful. But I do not see it. And probably will have some surgery done myself when I have the money for it.
Sometimes surgery can be fine. But the thing is not getting carried away and mutating yourself. Courteney took it too far and did too much. Jen had some work done, but she seemed to have been smarter and better about it. So she still looks good, but older -last I saw of her. Courteney, not so much.
If you're gonna pretend to cut her hair, at least put some scissors in your hand!

the thing about celebs though woman namely is that there is a huge pressure to look 30 as long as you can in order to get the roles, it's not about them not liking their appearance, it' a case of having to stay slim and young looking to continue working.
