Filming location question…Arena at the end of the movie

What arena was used to film the final round of the NFR when Tuff won the World Championship? In real life, the NFR is in Vegas every year at the Thomas and Mack Center. Even in the movie, they should an exterior shot of the Thomas and Mack Center Marquee during the NFR. However, the arena that was used was not the Thomas and Mack Center.
